Born in Brooklyn, New York and shaped along the East Coast, Dr. Levy is a dynamic speaker, pastor, and financial empowerment advocate with a passion for transforming lives. A graduate of Oakwood University, Troy went on to earn both his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Andrews University, where his research focused on the intersection of race, faith, and financial literacy.
Dr. Levy has carved out a powerful niche in stewardship ministry—helping people take control of their finances while staying grounded in their faith. He is a certified Financial Coach, the creator of The Blueprint for Financial Freedom, and the host of the “StewardShift” show on YouTube. His message is practical, powerful, and deeply personal—equipping audiences to shift their mindset, steward their resources, and step boldly into financial freedom.
But beyond the titles, he is a devoted husband to his wife, Rachelle, and a proud father of three energetic sons, Benjamin (age 16), Kenneth (age 13), and Isaac (age 10).
