The Thanksgiving Basket Giveaway is the focus of the next Acts of Kindness Day. Members will deliver baskets to DC residents or distribute baskets during the pickup hours. Acts of Kindness Day is held each quarter, a time for CHC members to serve those in need in the community.
To sign up to volunteer on Friday, November 22 to sort and pack food, or Sabbath, November 23 to pack the baskets in cars, deliver in the DMV or distribute to those picking them up, go to bit.ly/actsofkindness2019.
